This guy is one pathetic person, as to how in heaven's name he became vice mayor and was voted into office truly escapes us. At the onset of his interview he even makes it appear as though he has some sense but after some time you start wondering if where his grey-matter is  if he even has any, perhaps in his ASS! While admitting that he is fully aware of the law against illegal slaughtering/consumption of  dogs, he goes to length to make  it appear and justify the ongoing blatant dog trade, as he himself said in his own words “ .. like I said if there are any cultural affairs where it is requested , that dog meat be used or consumed then so be it…” Ok Mr. Vice Mayor if you say so, although as far a we understand the Animal Welfare Act doesn’t make mention of allowing the consumption of dog meat for cultural purposes. What is disturbing is that he seem not know what is going on in his city - either that, or he is lying. His denial of dog meat being commercially sold around the city is really a concern.
