Notice how proud the Mayor of  the municipality of Tuba, Benguet is when he says “yeah, of course , that’s  our delicacy.” There you have it straight from  the mouth of no less than the father of the Municipality of Tuba, Benguet  who proudly says that eating man’s  best friend is their delicacy. Let me caution you Mr. Mayor - we believe that you do not speak for all the Igorots (Cordillerans), it may be your delicacy but certainly not a delicacy for  all Igorots. What an ASSHOLE !!!
