How on earth did this guy become judge? Of course this is one judge whose reputation as among those corrupt hoodlums in robes is well deserved, and according to sources, this judge should have been kicked out of his office  a long time ago   due to a number of complaints presently filed against him at the supreme court for immoral conduct. Can you imagine this judge not even being  sure if there is an animal welfare law?! He’s just too darned un-concerned to care any less if there is a law on animal welfare!  How on earth can this judge be expected to judicially dispense justice?!
