Straight from the mouth of the Chief of Police himself  who admitted that violation of the law is “tolerated;” coming from  the very person tasked to see to the implementation of the law, and admits that violation of the Animal Welfare Act  (dog eating in particular)  is being tolerated. So tell us,  what are we to expect  from this kind  of police officer whom we are sure is neither an officer nor a gentleman?. A lot of S--T  I guess!!! The nerve and the gall of this police officer to vainly attempt to justify the illegal dog trade as though it has anything to do with traditional and/or religious  rituals at that, that’s a lot of S--T. Certainly this officer is not deaf, dumb or blind to know that within his area, in fact,  just a couple of hundreds of meters within his police station where he holds office, are numerous dog serving eateries and a couple of slaughter houses.
