Introduction:

LISTEN, READ BE ENTERTAINED WITH WHAT THE PHILIPPINES' LOCAL OFFICIALS IN BAGUIO CITY, TUBA, LA TRINIDAD BENGUET HAVE TO SAY ON  THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ANIMAL WELFARE ACT AND DOG EATING PROBLEM (Animal Welfare Act RA 8485 and Implementing Rules and Regulations RA 8485).

Unfortunately for us at Beyond Borders, there is nothing entertaining with what these Philippines officials  have  to say - such clowns and jokers, not funny at all. We just couldn’t help but give our reaction on the idiotic comments of our subject interviews.
