eateries within Baguio City and Benguet Province
(Comilles Eatery, located at Marcos Highway)
serving various dog meat dishes. The actual raid
conducted on an illegal slaughterhouse as
part of this documentation was done on a Comilles
slaughterhouse that supplies dog meat to a
Comilles eatery located at La Trinidad,
Benguet. Note that Mr. Martin Hannz and his
guide, equipped with a hidden camera dropped by
Comilles eatery. Here you will see the various
dog meat dishes being served before them, which
include the head of the dog, dog intestines
stuffed with cooked dog blood to resemble a
sausage (referred to in the local dialect as
“pinuneg”), and another dog
meat dish. |
