When no less than the City Prosecutor admits that the dog meat trade is being tolerated... then that’s it... we're almost losing hope that anything substantial  can be done to solve the illegal dog meat trade. While he admits  that “…they  close their eyes” (the authorities)  to the trade, what has he himself done to help put a stop to the trade? Nothing!!
