Just look at that jolly laughter, as though dog eating is something that one should be proud of.  Heck no! Coming from this guy who says that dog eating is legal, what can we expect from him? ...and to think that he is the Provincial prosecutor... supposedly a government lawyer who should uphold the law. Well, he is among those certified dog eaters.
